      <title>eSIM install didn’t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was verified for eSIM install, did the full process of transferring phone number and cancelling previous provider. After about 1.5 hours, now with only SOS phone service, I get a notification that simply says “eSIM install failed. Please contact Public Mobile”. Trying to go through service ticket process- nothing but error pages and getting kicked out of chat when clicking on “submit a ticket”, so cannot reach anybody. help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
