Can’t change plan

Hello, I have a 15$ plan now trying to change plan with 40$ , each time I try ask me to add payment methods and details ( it’s already added ) but even I enter it says opps there is a problem. Why it’s not allowing me to change my plan ? Could you help ?

@Nasimaa This $40 plan? It's only available to new customers unfortunately. You can't do a plan change into this.
