    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &amp;nbsp;I have a 15$ plan now trying to change plan with 40$ , each time I try ask me to add payment methods and details ( it’s already added ) but even I enter it says opps there is a problem. &amp;nbsp;Why it’s not allowing me to change my plan ? Could you help ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's only available to new customers unfortunately.
