    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try going to settings, network settings, turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile. Then reboot. let us know if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when attempting to dial a Canadian phone number, get 8UV1 error message. Have reset my phone, have done an on/off of airplane mode, also a 'hard' reset on my iphone. My account is up to date, etc. what can i do to stop this happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In this other example, it was only happening with calls made to toll-free 833 numbers. I didn't see a resolution listed within this older thread, but perhaps it resolved itself if it is a telephone network traffic error code. My suggestion if it continues, is to contact a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.
