where do I go to send a private message to answer a private message from Edmund at Customer Service ?

@dominic11 you can just reply to the common inbox for CS_agent:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

On non-mobile click on the envelope icon next to your bicycle avatar. On mobile click your avatar and then messages.

HI @dominic11

just go to the Community inbox and reply the same message. When you click on the message, at the bottom there is another box to reply. Type there and click Send

and remember, Edmund might not reply, it's always any agent picks up the ticket with continue on

A CS_Agent will respond back in your Community mailbox (envelope icon) at the top right of this page to the left of your community avatar on your computer or by clicking on your avatar on your device.
