Can you tell me more about what device you have (iOS/iPhone or Android), and if you were first trying to apply/install the eSIM during the activation process through the mobile app? The QR code is sent via email following activation, and you can try the install up to 3 times from QR code before a Customer Support Agent would need to intervene.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the process of setting up my phone with Public from Rogers. I received the QR code for my eSIM in my email. I scanned it to activate it and got this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to activate eSIM. You can try again (which I did) or contact your carrier for assistance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
