Hi, I purchased odd-ons the US rooming call but still I can not call to the US, it says I do not have enough minutes, can anyone please help me

US roaming add-on's are for use IN the US, not for use in Canada. To call the US from Canada you'll need a US Long Distance add-on.

@Dave7917 Double check you got the right add on first . Then reboot your phone and connect to T mobile or AT&T

Roaming is only for when in the states. You need the 1000 minutes add-on. Maybe support will switch it around for you.
