I get this same message every renewal day until about noon the same day until the system fully updates itself . If you have no services try rebooting the phone or reset network settings .       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/321621"&gt;@Tordybean20&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try rebooting your device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What messaging to you hear when you dial 611 from your device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s also possible the messaging in your self serve might be outdated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing cache and cookies or tapping those refresher icons on the page to get an updated version of what you’re seeing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
