1 Gig data Add-on still shows up

Hey I purchased a 1 gig data add-on a few billing cycles ago. I have used up all the data from the add-on purchased. I understand that add-ons do not auto renew, but why does it still show up on the Plan and Add-ons page.

@edgarfu, are you seeing it in your addon section of selfserve? Do you see your regular data listed there as well (Yes plan data is listed as an addon) If your plan data is 1GB I am wondering if that is what you are seeing.

It is showing up because you haven't used it. It will disappear once you use the entire 1GB. This add-on will be used after you use your 12GB available on your plan.

@edgarfu, if you stay on the overview page and scroll down to addons is it listed there? I think the screen shot you posted shows addons that you have purchased and may not be active as it doesn't list how much is available
