    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not make calls. I can receive them but can not even call my voicemail or any one in my contacts. I tried moving the sim to another phone but it is the same problem, please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
