    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there - I can not activate my new account and I can not sign in to my account.&amp;nbsp; I keep being told that my log in credentials are incorrect - when i try to rest the code i am sent via email is also "incorrect". I can not reset credentials via phone number because the account has never been activated.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried through the app (fresh install) as well as browser and neither has worked. Unfortunately when i try to submit a ticket it asks me to log in, which i can not do...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
