How do I setup my voicemail without recording my name or a greeting? When I call my voicemail, it asks me to record my name and I can't skip it.

just say your phone number as the name

@ruby15 when asked to record name say nothing and ores the except button . Then you still get voicemail with out a greeting

@ruby15 you can still record the name first and then delete it after.
To delete

Call your voicemail
press 4 for personal options
then press 4 for personal preferences
then press 3 for access recorded name
then press 3 to delete your name recording
once the name recording is deleted, your voicemail greeting will change back to the standard greeting: you have reached mailbox no. ####.
