Refering existing PM customers

Hey I was curious if anyone knows if there is a way to use a friend's referral code if I'm already a customer and vice versa.

I'd love to send my friend a referral code to collect rewards but they already are a customer to PM.

@HendrikB It’s supposed to be done on activation . If your friend just joined and they had issues entering the code . They could then ask support to apply it for them .

Unfortunately, the referral code can only be used for new members when activating their new SIM/eSIM.
