      <title>Cannot receive or make calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot send or receive calls on my cell phone. Public mobile account paid up to date(auto). Another odd thing happening: when my partner tried to call me it says you don't have&amp;nbsp; US plan to make calls to USA! We are local calls only. This is weird. I tried turning cell phone off and on and rebooting, to no avail. Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you have an iphone, go into settings then network settings and turn off automatic. Then pick public mobile and reboot. Let us know if it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an android... sorry. LOL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From your partners phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and get the recording. I think your service is actually suspended. Or your partners if they're with Public (in which case they wouldn't be able to call that toll free). You could try 611 from your phone too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
