Hi,

I received an offer by text that I would like to accept, but I am wondering if I will keep my rewards from referring friends and other rewards. Anybody know the answer?

@Terrence1 Yes you will keep old rewards I can confirm no worries i Just changed plans and kept my rewards too . So reply YES to the text and your plan will change in your next renewal date

Hello @Terrence1 , If this applies to you, from May 8, 2023, purchased data add-ons are valid for 30 days, and:

If you change your plan your data add-on will fall off and no longer be valid. You will have to purchase a new add-on
