Will my rewards transfer if I change my plan?

Just wondering if my rewards from loyalty and auto payments will transfer if I upgrade my plan. I dont wanna lose my rewards.

Yes I recently upgraded my plan and all my rewards/auto pay stayed the exact same. I was on the old legacy rewards and it did not change me to the new point system. You can always double check your autopay is still on afterwards, but you won't have any issues.

@HendrikB No your rewards will stay the same there tied to your account not your plan I can confirm this . I just switched plans and kept my old rewards check it for yourself

@Handy1- Oh. That's it? I was thinking there would be something about the unlimited data like the green line of unlimited talk and text. I'm sure I saw that a while ago from someone but I flipped through 60 odd pages of all the images without luck.
Whoa...4 gigs left until late September! So you'll be testing that unlimited soon. 🙂

@dust2dust Now that’s still just the 90GB 90day $117 4G plan so no unlimited data there will be to the new plan it’s 150GB $150 90 day unlimited 5G plan . But yes been carful for the last two weeks as that line never gets wifi usage . It needs more data for sure

Your Rewards collection is very impressive! I didn't know you could get so many rewards from Community!

My Loyalty rewards maxed out at $3 even tho I've been on this plan for 2 years, there must be a reason why. Any suggestions?

@dust2dust Yes because I switched to then 90GB 90 day June 30 and when i saw the 150GB I scheduled plan change for it for sept 28 . So going to it unless something more attractive comes along before sept 28

@HendrikB @Your loyalty rewards will max out at $5 after 6 years of services for you to have $3 means you been with PM for 4 years now . I joined in 2018 expecting to get $5 sometime soon around Oct maybe

@HendrikB It’s just looks that way because I’m on a 90 day plan not 30 days so I see 3x rewards for next renewal instead of 30 day 1x rewards

When it comes to $30 Community reward, that would be combined rewards for more than one month. It doesn't actually get paid all at once in that manner.

@HendrikB PM is the best cell provider on earth . I don’t know of any other carrier that makes it possible to get your bill to zero 🙂
