      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rec’d my sim yesterday-inserted yesterday-my phone is now showing Public as my carrier. I can receive the emailed codes to confirm set up but the final code that is phoned to confirm final access to my device isn’t coming thru so can’t complete confirmation. I can send and receive text; email and phone from my phone. But I can’t receive phone calls. Does anyone have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
