      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently subscribed to Public Mobile and had a successful payment. However, there is no service on my phone and I cannot connect to the network. My account in the app works perfectly fine just the phone is not in service. I tried to send a ticket but it alway shows error. I really need help. Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
