      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying for hours to navigate this help service. I subscribed to a new service yesterday with an ESIM and thought I had ported my old number to my new provider. Now, my phone is useless. I cannot make a call, receive a call or text. I did the same procedure with my wife’s phone and it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Reset Network Settings &amp;amp; reboot your phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#333399"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Edit: I may have misunderstood, are you a Public Mobile Customer or you are a Customer else where now that you ported your phone number to?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
