    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan for the new period of time, and I received a voicemail message from a call that I missed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Dumb question. Have you tried rebooting the phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, go into settings, network settings, uncheck Automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot the phone. Let us know if it worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How are you calling into your voicemail? There's no visual voicemail on PM. Long press 1 on your dial pad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of calling voicemail directly have you tried dialing your own Phone Number? That also calls Voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for this. &amp;nbsp;I had the same problem. &amp;nbsp;Calling my own number was the quick fix and rebooting brought everything back to normal with the automatic voice mail calling from the voice mail icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
