I have a friend that uses public mobile and he cant login as he forgot his password. His number is ###-###-### and he has tried everything to login and reset password and .... It is a loop that keeps asking him to sign in for help but he cant sign in. Can you help?

Maybe the oracle that edits posts could develop the habit of removing just the last 4 digits for the future. While not relevant in this case, but sometimes knowing the first 6 digits is useful for helping customers. So just leave the first 6 digits all the time.
Just a suggestion.
