Apparently they integrate with Google Maps rather than Canada Post, and newer addresses don't always show up.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/320387"&gt;@Devlin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you living in a new area? can Google search your address and return the postal code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in new area, the lookup would not work&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; The only way to get around is to buy a prepaid visa card from store, then use the prepaid visa to activate, which you can put any valid address and postal code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After activation, you should be able to change back to regular credit card and your own postal code (at that time, system should not try to match address anymore)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
