Sim card activation

I'm trying to activate a SIM card that I've just purchased from PM along with the $15 monthly plan. I've downloaded the app. When I try to sign in the "eversafe.id.telus.com" page does not download on my phone for me to complete my registration

Any suggestions?

@patentguy Can you use a friends phone to download the app and activate . Then delete app and from there you can use the website to manage the account

The PM app is slow so just wait until the 3 wave dots complete the download.

Did you update the software on your phone? Sometimes the old software will not download app.

Just curious what make and model of your phone?

old phone I think its an Apple 5
