    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fizz Mobile is the only provider in Canada with that feature available by default to all. I know that Koodo also has it, but it's an optional add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;YES! it would be and I would like minutes to be carried over (for $15 plan, and expire at the end of year) but I doubt it would happen.&lt;BR /&gt;PM would get way more customers this way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
