      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my SIM card and I've already bought a replacement but I can't log in to my self serve account to transfer my subscription. It sent a code to my phone number but I don't have a SIM to receive my code and it doesn't have an option to send the code to my email. How can I work around this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
