      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I signed up I had the same issuing using the app. No matter what I tried it didn’t work. A few messages back and forth with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; and my issue was resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send them a message for a quick resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
