      <description>&lt;P&gt;App says subscription failed and to use Customer Support. CAN'T. Everytime I try to sign in to create a ticket, the supposed next window never opens to allow me to continue. Trying to move over from Koodo but if this is the way things work here then.......&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
