You can test this . First put phone to LTE then making a call and see if it drops to 3G or will stay on LTE . If it stays in LTE voLTE is enabled . And you should be fine with US roaming add on

I currently have a Public Mobile 3G plan that does everything i want here in Canada. However, I will be in the States this fall and would like to get a roaming add on. However, does anyone have experience doing so with a 3G plan? It appears there could be some issues. Thanks
