Have you selected your network to 5G ? Also note that even on 4G/LTE you will still get 5G data speeds . With a 5G plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding what phone do you have ? You need to check your phone settings to change the network selection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some phones have a 5G auto setting and only use 5G when the extra speed is necessary/beneficial. &amp;nbsp;My phone switches between LTE and 5G. &amp;nbsp;Have you checked your options, e.g. settings -&amp;gt; cellular -&amp;gt; cellular data options -&amp;gt; voice and data if an iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
