      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/319771"&gt;@perton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with your old SIM in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have 90 minutes window to reply or porting will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed replying to the text then you need the assistance of a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Private message an agent now and they will pm you back tomorrow morning as their hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your old SIM will continue to work in the meantime but don’t cancel your service with your old carrier or you can’t port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Private message them at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
