I recently discovered the 2 dollar autopay discount isn't applicable any more. So how do I disable it?

did you change to the new Rewards Program Public Points? if so, you won't be getting the $2 Autopay discount anymore but just getting the 5% back in points

You want to disable Autopay? If you do, make sure you manually load fund ahead of renewal

you can do so on Payment page, then click Manage Subscription, there you can toggle Subscribed Off to disable Autopay

Can you tell me how to join the rewards program or is it by default?

how long you have joined PM?

if you joined PM after Jan 25th, 2022, your rewards will be on Public Points by default, that is the program with 5% points back instead of $2 Autopay discount.
