      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to access my self serve account since activated 3 days ago, it was reset 2x's by a moderator and still will not except email or phone #&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have not received the puk code requested 2x's and still unable to use my phone...... Please help! I am very frustrated and regretting choosing a carrier without a customer service # or live chat help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
