      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you stick your Chatr SIM card back in your phone and you still have service, it means the port didn't go through. Chatr will send you a confirmation to confirm the port. You MUST say Yes. Then wait till you no longer see Chatr on your phone as a service provider. Try making a call with your Chatr SIM card still in. If you can't make a call, it means the port is successful.&amp;nbsp; But call the number that &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;will send you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
