      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to convert to eSIM following instructions on the FAQ. I have never had the Public Mobile app installed so have done that, but cannot authenticate my account even though it logs in successfully in a browser. I am stuck on the eversafe.id.telus.com page after entering the 6-digit code which it receives successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My ultimate goal is to switch my phyiscal SIM to an eSIM. COuld you provide a solution to the app login, or an alternative to get the eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But to do so go to the PM app subscription add on page . At the bottom notice option for shop sim now . All activations now require the app to finish activations .
