      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/318506"&gt;@Loupre&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry, you cannot do that.&amp;nbsp; You can cancel it ahead of time but not after.&amp;nbsp; PM is prepaid and won't refund just because you didn't use it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;like home cable, you cannot say you have gone vacation, didn't watch tv and ask for refund&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Public Mobile is a Pre-Paid provider you are not Subject to any sort of refund for the days you didn't use unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile considers it your responsibility to Suspend Services or Turn off Auto-Pay when you don't want to use your line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
