      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly I cannot connect to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to connect to operator:&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Service Not Available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything worked fine before. What gives?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18027"&gt;@slavitch&lt;/a&gt;, what part of the country are you located?&amp;nbsp; It is possible that there is a local outage.&amp;nbsp; Login to your account and see if there is anything out of place there, make sure account is in active status.&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting the phone.&amp;nbsp; If possible, try using the SIM card in a spare phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can, try setting the phone network to 3G only, not auto or LTE. 3G is generally more stable than LTE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
