    <description>&lt;P&gt;Send then a screenshot of your Available Funds and say you haven't received anything yet, that's what I did when I didn't receive mine after they said they'd refund me and not long after I seen it added.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here's the update regarding customer support wait times....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Slower-Response-Times-from-Agents/td-p/1040016" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Slower-Response-Times-from-Agents/td-p/1040016&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a response in the morning reply to the last message you sent them in your private messages. If you still don't recieve a response within an hour or two after that send an entirely new message to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
