If I change plans do I keep my rewards?

Yes, the rewards will carry over and stay the same. You won't lose anything by changing Plans regardless of whether you are on the Legacy Rewards or Point System.

Yes, if you change plans, you will keep the same rewards. You will not be switched to the new points rewards system.

@LB100 .you have to voluntarily choose to switch to the new points system. And it’s a one way street and you can never go back to old $ rewards . So just don’t ever switch to points . And you will continue to enjoy your old money rewards regardless of changing plans

One small caveat, @LB100.

If you are on the Public Points system, and you switch to a LOWER COST plan, your points earned for that lower cost plan will be less (5% plan value). Albeit, if changing to a higher cost plan, there'll be a small bump in points.

Otherwise, all other renewal rewards will remain, as is.

As always, recommend to change plan on renewal, not immediate basis, to avoid loss of rewards on the immediate change date.
