I have 300 minutes for international calls, why does it say you dialed wrong number, yet the same number works on my other phone

@Scott64 , I don’t see Ukraine listed! Is your other phone service with Public Mobile that the calls are able to make those calls to with the same add-on?

You can't call Ukraine from Public Mobile😥 I have already asked support how to call Ukraine - no such option.

Maybe we could request and ask for a Ukraine Calling add on, maybe if enough people ask they'll add something?

Apparently, Ukraine is not on PM list of LD calling country.
Is your other phone with a PM SIM?

I heard from other members that they have been calling countries not on their list in the past but PM is clamping down on this.

Maybe continue to use your other phone.

I got through using a Koodo plan. The bad news it costs lots.

Download the TextNow app and pick a secondary number or WhatsApp and use your PM number when both parties have this app for free calling and texting through wifi.
