Sorry to hear you are having difficulties receiving credit for pre-authorized payments. Do you mean you are not receiving the $2 credit for auto-payments, or you are not receiving credit for amounts paid for service?

@ScottC Are you in the old $ rewards or the new points system . Did you switch to points by accident ?

@ScottC if you activated after January 25, 2022 then you are not eligible for the $2 Autopay reward. Sorry, that is for older accounts that are still on old rewards.
