There should be something on your phone that shows whether or not it accepts eSIM. If you know it does send a private message to CS_Agent to ask for help getting it to work. Theres been several Customers that have received error messages when trying to install it that CS_Agents had to fix for them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
