    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;On August 9, &amp;nbsp;I tried purchasing 1GB Data using text message.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;After purchase, I was not given access to purchased data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The purchase did not seem to work.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;However, I noticed today that I was billed 17.25$ for the extra data, even though I was not given access to it.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you explain the situation to the Customer Support Agent they'll be able to either manually apply it to your Account from the backend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if they are unsuccessful I believe they'll refund you with 'Available Funds' in your Account so you can reattempt the Purchase again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within your My Account 'Payment History' does it shoe this charge as well or only on your Credit Card Statement?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using the App for everything, including Puschasing Add-ons to avoid issues like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
