      <description>&lt;P&gt;The new site looks cool but it does not allow me to login. When I enter my eversafe PW it bounces me back to the main page. Unacceptable. If I go through the subscription process I get to the login and the system returns the error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.&lt;BR /&gt;This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The app exhibits the same behaviour. I agree with a previous poster that heads should roll over this. WTF?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290668"&gt;@Rah_Rah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if you try to activate new sim , &lt;STRONG&gt;you need to first logoff from the Community and My Acocunt (hence logoff from EverSafe).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you don't it will notice you are logged on and not allow you to activate as PM system is one account one sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, logoff first, and I would go as far as using another browser to activate after you logoff&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And again, to activate new sim, go to the plan page ( &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/plans)" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/plans)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, pick a plan, click Subscribe Online and create a new account from there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This may have worked in 2023 but your solution does not work in September 2024. I was logged into nothing. Trying to login via the app resulted in repeated claims I had entered a bad password and locking my account. I went through all the rigamaroll suggested all over the net to cope with the apparently well-known weirdness of Eversafe. I uninstalled, rebooted the phone, a day later resinstalled, and after a single attempt had the account locked with the declaration that it was a bad password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, further to your proposed solution, how does one active the sim Telus sent me if I can't login?? I've already subscribed, they took my money and they sent me a sim card (a lot more than the 2 days delivery claimed on the website, but so what).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
