    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39594"&gt;@Rose7&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; When was you automatic renewal supposed to be?&amp;nbsp; Do you know if you were charged for the renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, there have been several instances recently where the auto renewl payment has gone through, but the account was not properly renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on the fact that you can't get into your account, (assuming you are not enterring the wrong password), your account must have been unpaid for at least 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I really think you need to get in touch with the moderators team, and hopefully they can get you back up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Information regarding the moderators team can be found by following &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452/show-comments/true" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send them a private message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have service since last Monday when I just came back to Canada. I was three months outside. I was in automatic payment but I don't know what happened with it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My cellphone says "Unregistered simcar". But you may lose your number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send a private message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, there have been some autopay issues lately. Hopefully, you did not pass 90 days without a payment.&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;message to moderators&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from &lt;A href="http://fongo.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;fongo.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. Hopefully they can help you out.&amp;nbsp; be as detailed as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Talking to call center has to mean you were on&amp;nbsp; a legasy plan.&amp;nbsp; there is an announcement about upcoming price increases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a sneaky feeling you are over teh 90 days of exired status, and that you will need&amp;nbsp;a new sim card, hopefully though PM will be able to get your number back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
