      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/318243"&gt;@Suzpow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe network or maybe phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? was it always like this or just recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And remember, most of us still need 3G for voice , hence the network will change to 3G when calls come.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Reset all Networks and check if you get this 3G network in other area as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it does this only when you get/make a voice call and have data on but wifi off it may be because your phone is not VoLTE compatible or not set up for VoLTE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
