      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @ Cristinataprats,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, an eSIM can only be purchased through your online account. You can try multiple times, and when the option appears to receive the code by email, select that option. If that doesn’t work, the only alternative is to purchase a physical SIM card, and an agent will activate it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
