      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife's account has been blocked due to non payment.&amp;nbsp; I attempted to make a payment but it was rejected as I&amp;nbsp; had use an incorrect email address. I need to get this account activated as she has had no phone service for a week&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Deal with credit card issue when you can by contacting CSA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
