      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/305302"&gt;@Tacodestroyer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what is your data speed with LTE ?&amp;nbsp; Check using speedtest app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.speedtest.net/apps" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.speedtest.net/apps&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since you have a 5G plan, you should get a speed over the capped 4G speed of 100Mbps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some phone like iPhone has a battery saving setting to only use 5G when needed, so the phone could be on LTE most the time and only 5G occasionally&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The plan does not magically give you 5G. The phone needs to be able to use it and you have to be in area of 5G coverage and 5G has to have been made available by the provider and the manufacturer for your device. Also, you won't see a 5G indicator until you turn on cell data. It otherwise waits on LTE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

LTE will still give you 5G speeds . But your absolutely correct iPhone 13 is 5G capable device not sure why it’s not showing up in your settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
