@CS_Agent I bought the US roaming and it isn’t working. I tried every troubleshooting article and nothing works

If you bought roaming data then turn on the roaming data option in the phone and of course turn on cell data.
Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte yet?
Are you able to switch down to 2G GSM?
Connect to T-Mobile. Test talk text data. Or connect to AT&T and test talk text data.

If your phone has not been enabled for volte then T-Mobile is the only option and the phone needs to be able to switch down to 2G GSM or you need to be able to do it manually.

I was connected to t-mobile but no text, message or internet would go through. Yes my phone can do volte and yes it can go down to 2G which I have tried

I was with t-mobile automatically and I was in Washington state (in particular Seattle). Thanks I will contact them

what phone do you have?

Try connect manually to AT&T and check if voice/sms/data work

you can also Reset All networks on your phone

Is your phone also set for 5G? Try setting it to 4G LTE. The 2G GSM is for talk (only on T-Mobile). As is also volte on 4G LTE on either T-Mobile or AT&T.
You should certainly be able to do real sms text and data on either. Talk is the tricky one with dependencies.
