      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;said, they stopped. I can not confirm this but they shouldn't be going out to people who have credit cards set up on their accounts for auto pay or bank accounts. It should only be sent out to people who put credits in their accounts using vouchers. When their credit limit goes out, this text should go out. JMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think you get them still if you manually pay with vouchers or your credit card (w/o autopay enabled).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
