Hi. Something is weird. I keep getting this record "ATUT1 Your call cannot be completed" error when I dial

1 310-278-4232

however. I used TextNow and a friends phone, and went through fine. I can also call other los angeles numbesr no problem. Can someone help? thanks

@AgentMrBean You need to buy a U.S. long distance add on from your account subscription add on page or pick a CAN /US plan

310 is area code for LA, Califonia. do you have US Long Distance add-on?

Textnow works because it makes free call to US. Your friends could have US LD already, or a postpaid account and got charged later

add: 310 is a California area code 310 extends along the coast from the South Bay and just into Ventura County, covering all of West Los Angeles

Assuming that either your plan includes calling to the U.S. or that you have a suitable long distance add-on, does this call complete if a + sympbol is dialed before the 1?
